Repair work was done well, but had to keep calling to get updates on completion timeline and the status of repair work being done. Requested call-backs, but did not receive any without having to call again myself. Unable to leave voicemail because mailbox was full. Information provided to office staff was not conveyed to repair staff. 9-5 Hours of operation and being closed for lunch made it hard to arrange time pick up vehicle.
