Had an excellent experience buying from out of state. Procured the vehicle before it arrived at the dealership and was not surprised with any hidden markup. Overall a great sales experience.
We had a very disappointing experience with Arlington Toyota. We were looking for a Rav4 hybrid and went to 3 dealership before this one. Sales person Tim called me and said they were getting a Rav4 Hybrid in today, I said oh that's great I want it, can I give you a deposit? He said no its on its way and not here yet, why don't you call back later today and this was a noon April 27th 2026. So I called at 4pm same day and Tim said it was a hour away. So I made an appointment and drove over to find out that Tim was already gone for the day and some lady salesperson informed me that it came in and was just sold to another person. This felt like a complete lack of communication and respect for my time. If a vehicle cant be held, that should be clearly stated upfront instead of having a customer come in under the impression it's available. I hope management addresses how this situation happened so this doesn't happen to others. I'm now the proud owner of a 2026 Hyundai Tucon Hybrid Limited.
RUN! Sold us a "gold certified vehicle" and even drove it to a mechanic for a used car inspection for us. Couple weeks later it's making noises so I take it to my local Toyota service. Surprise! No warranty was ever entered, no two years of maintenance, nothing. Call Arlington and the sales guy says we didn't buy a warranty. Um...no, we bought a certified gold vehicle. It was supposed to come with a warranty. I declined all ADDITIONAL warranties but why would I decline something it comes with? Oh, and that 160 point inspection they waved at us during the sale? No one can find it. I'm guessing they are all having a few good laughs with that mechanic who did the used car inspection we paid for. Bottom line, look elsewhere. Nothing but lies and deception at Arlington Toyota.
This was my very first time financing a car. The agreeing price was $27,089, then they added all kind of funny, fishy fees and charges for a total of over $41,000. Their sakes practices are very manipulative, deceiving and intimidating. They took advantage of my inexperience buying a car. At one point I was literally pushed by the sale woman into the office of two different man and left alone in there where I was literally intimidated and forced to buy very expensive extra maintenance. I am looking for a lawyer to fike alaw suit for mental stress and deceiving, manipulative practices. SAVE YOTRSELF LITS OF HEADACHES AND GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!!!
Went in for a recall and had some other issues with cat that was able to be resolved that day. Service was excellent and the staff were very courteous. Will definitely continue my service with this dealership. Jac B.
The salesman who helped me told me to purchase a car from another dealership. Never heard these words from a car salesman before. There seems to be multiple sales reps who have no idea how to handle the paperwork when registering a car out-of-state, so they will refuse business from serious buyers. Stay away from this dealership at all costs, good advice from the salesman who told me this to my face.
