Got charged over $800 for a service visit to put my vehicle up on rack and inspect it. Didn’t even bother to wipe off my old oil filter before charging me for a new one.

Quality of car is good. I went to Maui toyota to get oil filter housing and oil filter housing plug for my 2019 Tacoma. I did bought the oil filter housing without knowing that the plug wasn't included, so I went back to buy it but they don't have on stock ( I am willing to buy it cause I need it that day ). So I asked them if I can return it they said it cannot be returned because it is special order but when you look at the receipt the policy is it can be returned an item as long as it wasn't use. And they told me it is store policy that item cannot be returned.

About 1 and a half weeks ago I sent an inquiry regarding service for my Rav4. I then left a voice mail on the service number on the 13th of February. I have still not heard a word from this dealership. I am a permanent Maui resident and I have bought multiple Tpyota's in years past on the mainland. I have never experienced a worst level of service. They could at least leave a message that they cannot help due to manpower staffing levels or current workload.

To obtain the free oil change and service paid by toyota for new vehicle there is a 50 day wait as of 8/22/2022
