These people are terrible, rude and disrespectful to say the least. First of all they cater to Hispanics. We went in to check out a couple cars, we waited over an hour to be helped. We waited another hour for the car to come from a different lot. The lady told us we had to put down the down payment before even seeing the car or test driving it. She handed us a document in Spanish saying that we made more money than we actually did. All of the papers were in Spanish. We already drove 40 mins there so we decided to test drive it anyway. After we left the lot the manager called telling us to bring the car back stating that it had no tags on it and we should have only drove it around the parking lot saying that she would call the police if we didn’t come back now. We told her we were having a mechanic check the car out. First of all they were supposed to put paper tags on the car anyway prior to test driving. And you cant test drive a car simply around the dam parking lot. The manager cursed at me and was very disrespectful. She said “you’re a nobody!” She got in my face screaming and yelling! Terrible customer service! The overall experience was a nightmare!!! DO NOT GO HERE. READ ALL THEIR REVIEWS THEY ARE TRUE. IF UR NOT HISPANIC YOULL MOST LIKELY BE TREATED LIKE TRASH!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
