Sarah was fantastic. I was making the purchase from 1000 miles away and she made this purchase of my Mini Cooper Countryman a better experience than any I have ever experienced when buying an auto standing physically inside the dealership. She communicated clearly, she returned my text messages and emails immediately. I loved that the dealership policy actually makes the mechanical checkout of the vehicle by a third party EASY! The offer to deliver and pick the vehicle up from any shop within 5 miles (and there were enough shops to choose from!) for a mechanical check up is a policy other dealerships should emulate! It took approximately 5 days from my initial view of the car online to the day it was delivered to my home 1000 miles from Houston. I couldn't have been any happier with the service and vehicle I received from Ultimate Motorsport.
