Happy with the service I have received. Brought my nephew over to look at a car too.
It was my first service dept experience. All seemed fine so far. They did the job I expected.
I had a wonderful experience. I was promptly greeted with a smile and a “how may I help you”!
Engine light came on. Stopped by without an appointment. They diagnosed the issue. Set up a time and day to fix, told I could still drive vehicle with no issues. Came back welcomed and rechecked the issue and no added problems. Said one hour to fix and true to word it was done. Given paperwork and thanked for allowing them to take care of my XT5. If any other things come up to please don't hesitate to contact them. Service with friendliness and good communications set them above others I've dealt with.
Always very helpful...nice place to do business with. One of the best GMC dealers in the Tri cities.
Came for oil change and matinancr Woods. Spelled it wrong. Was pleased with the service and will be back when needed again
