What Others Say

Sales associate was very rude! I went in took look at used ford f-150. I told to sales associate I had cash in hand and his reply”Are you gonna buy or not” should have been my first clue🙄 I took the pick in to get the tpms sensors serviced and they pointed out that the coil spring was broke and that it had been broke for some time as it was rusted over. I took it back to the dealership to ask if they would make it right, under the assumption that maybe they would have an inspection. They told me deal with it as the vehicle was sold as is. So yeah it’s on me for not looking the vehicle over, but in conclusion I will not buy a vehicle from a company that doesn’t care about the safety and well being of their customers or other motorists on the road it really says a lot about a dealership in my opinion!!!

There aren’t enough words I could write to describe my frustration with McKie Ford. My ex was previously fired as a salesman at this location for multiple reasons. I split from my ex and thought it was safe to buy a vehicle from here as I knew many of the salesmen who worked here prior. My ex was then hired back on in the service department where he proceeded to violate a protection order by viewing details, location and mileage on MY vehicle. Brought this up to management and I was met with complete disregard and told to service my vehicle elsewhere or to call ahead and schedule service when he wasn’t there and basically told I was falsifying the situation despite providing evidence through text. My only question is, how long did it take for you to fire him once he showed up with an ankle monitor? My suggestion, buy vehicles elsewhere, where your information is protected and you won’t be blown off by management when you have genuine safety concerns.

Absolutely horrible salesmanship. Worked on a deal for THREE days just to walk in on the final day to buy the car and it was sold from underneath us. Wasted multiple days of time, & effort that we could have spent somewhere better. We won’t be working with this dealership again - and the second sales guy that sold it knowing there was a deal already in place wouldn’t even look at us when we were leaving the building. Not an honorable place at all. Don’t waste your time when all they care about is who will get the most commission.

Will Never Visit this Place again. I was out of town on a business trip and started having issues with my 2021 F350. I took the truck to the Service department today with a check engine low fuel pressure. I'm out of Sioux Falls SD. All I wanted to know if I was ok to drive across the state back to Sioux Falls they told me they are by appointment only and couldn't even help me until Monday I will never step foot back into this place. I would absolutely never buy a vehicle from this place if this is the service that they provide. I called Ford In Sioux Falls. I asked for Service Writer with out even asking me any questions he popped onto my truck. He told me I had low fuel pressure on Bank one and two gave me helpful hints on what the probable cause was while I was driving down the road. I didn't even have to stop into the service department. Ford of Sioux Falls I give a 10 out of 10 Rapid City Ford absolutely worthless

Terrible dealership! I spoke to over 30 different dealerships in my search of a new vehicle and Mckie Ford was by far the worst.

Hands down the best dealership I've ever done buisness with. I've purchased several vehicles from McKie over the last eight years and each time I've made a 280 mile round trip specifically for McKie. I bought my first new vehicle from McKie. And several used vehicles. Every time I've found their sales staff to be courteous, understanding and very sharp. When my wife and I were looking for her first New car, our sales person Chastin knew immediately what vehicle would fit us best. But, he also understood that we were shopping for a very particular vehicle and we would need to check out other dealerships. Chastin dealt with us respectfully and professionally. I have less experience with McKie on the service side. On the rare occcation that I have, McKie has helped me out of some real binds. As far as I can see, their service side provides the same level of excellece as their sales side. I just don't buy vehicles from anyone else. McKie is my FIRST reccomendation to anyone in the market every time.
