Dealership is professionally managed. All repairs are done quickly and professionally. However, sometimes the cost of repairs is high.

My car was taken in right on schedule, and they finished it up before they promised it, I was not planning to stay, but when they told me it will be done in about an hour, they were right on, looking forward to my next service appointment with them!

John Fitzpatrick ("Fitzy") was the best. My husband and I have not always had the best experience leasing cars, but McGovern Honda and our experience with Fitzy specifically was amazing. Everyone was professional and accommodating throughout the experience. Fitzy was transparent and honest, and he really listened to our needs. He made recommendations that were clearly in our best interest, rather than in the sake of getting the best commission. With prices going up so much on everything these days, it made all the difference in the world to know we weren't getting swindled. Fitzy also followed up repeatedly to make sure everything was going well with our new car and the transition from our old lease. Fitzy and McGovern Honda have us as customers for life! :)
