I booked an appointment with the service department of Schicker for a warranty issue on my new Ford weeks in advance. I arrived for my 7 a.m. appointment and was told by service rep Dave Chandler that they were running 48 hours behind and that I would have to leave my car for two days, minimum. I told him that was unacceptable. He said, "I'm just telling you how it is." A statement he repeated several times. This is a huge contrast to their Quick Lane service which has always been excellent, I was told to take his offer or go. I went. I do not recommend this dealership.

These guys are the best on the auto dealers. I want a truck that find it. Very happy

Great service department! I was dreading bringing my car to a dealership due to past experiences, but the problem had to be serviced by one (horrible experience with Sunset Ford previously and Sinclair did not impress me at all when I spoke to them about it). Another mechanic recommended Schicker and I am so glad he did! Everyone there was friendly, professional and they got the job done very quickly as promised. Used their shuttle service twice to/from work and that was also outstanding. No comparison, they are the BEST!

Rich - in Service dept - excellent. Kept me informed throughout the service event. Rich went to battle for me on getting items covered from a 3rd party warranty company- Max-Care from Carmax. Good job to Rich - overseeing the service job and helping me with regular phone calls and updates.

Though the dealership has available appointment STL get you in, the interaction with the service reps is lacking. Using text to communicate priory to their closing that my car was never seen (again an 8 am appt) and that they’re going to keep to the next day without informing me via a cal the garage was behind, and it would be okay with the car being held to the next day; is poor customer service. I don’t think I will go back to this dealership because of the customer service in their service department.
