Don’t go here if you don’t have to. TheY will over charge you for the work that needs to be done. Example: 850.00 just for an alternator and still they didn’t fixe the problem. The battery light is still going on. You would think If you take your CRV to the dealers that specializes in Honda’s they would at least know how to fix the problem after over charging you.

I arrived 30 mins early I understand I wasn’t going to be priority because my appointment wasn’t until later but I did wait almost two hours for the oil change. The employees weren’t very helpful. There was a lady who was a walk in and got her car done before mine and we were getting the same thing done and she came in at the same time I did without an appointment. I was very upset about the service.

I’ve had two issues with my two cars When I take it for an oil change before even it’s due on a 40% oil life a month later after I thousand mile I get a message Saying service do soon with 15% Oil life Call Mr. Ethan on the service department after 24 minutes on hold he was trying to tell me I have to pay for the Knicks oil change and hang up The phone on me i’ve been dealing with them since 2010 I’ve had almost $8000 service record with them !!

My husband and I went to this dealership as we were in the market to buy a Honda that we've been researching. We were looking at the sticker of a couple of cars when Salesman Pedro came over to us and introduced himself. I said "Hi, how are you" but continued to read the sticker price of a car. He mumbled something about not being well because he doesn't like talking to people's backs and he proceeded to walk away (to go back to the corner where all the salesmen gather). He looked back at us and held up a finger. WHAT AN ATROCIOUS BEHAVIOR, we felt downright mistreated! I really felt that he was obnoxiously rude to us because he already made judgment that we were not worthy (probably because of the way we looked) and he figured we're not going to buy a car anyway. We went inside to speak with the manager, Pedro held open the door to my husband saying the manager is that way, still instigating and now even more confrontational saying that my husband is not treating him right. Really, you have the audacity to still be speaking to us - the only words that should be coming out of your mouth at this point is apologizing to us for the way you treated us! Talking to the Sales Manager Ricardo proved useless. The first thing he said to us was there are other sales people we can talk to. After that statement, we were done. No I'm sorry you had a negative experience - no assurance that they take customer complaints seriously. This place needs some serious Customer Service training - they need to start with Pedro and Ricardo.

I went there for an oil change. Typical shop, go in an out. They did tell me that if I filled out a survey for them I would get a free oil change. I took time out of my day to fill out the survey and never received anything. When i called to asked the guy said it’s random. And not everyone gets one. I told him that’s not what they told me and he said “yeah they should explain better” yeah take the time to train your employees to know their info.

Recently bought a 2017 Dodge Journey from this dealer and was completely satisfied. Clean and friendly environment. Even though I did not buy a Honda I was able to acquire Honda Care and I have no worries. Ask for Arturo and Pedro they are sure to get you the best deal and financing you are comfortable with like they did with me.
