I was in Mississippi visiting family for Christmas and got locked out of my Mercedes on Christmas day. The technician from Mercedes of Jackson, provided the knowledge that prevented me from having my Mercedes towed. The technician and assistance at the Jackson MS dealership were patient, supportive and very friendly.
I blew a tire driving through Jackson on my way to New Orleans on a Friday afternoon. Through Mercedes Roadside Assistance, the operator arranged for my vehicle to be towed to the dealership in Jackson. The receptionist and service department went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. The service department had the tire in stock, and as it was 5pm on Friday, and the service department is not open on Saturday, I was resigned to wait until at least Monday to get a new tire. One of their technicians, Brian Kelly, came in ON HIS DAY OFF to replace my tire. You just don't find kindness and excellence like that anymore. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
My experience at the Higginbotham Automobiles LLC was great. First time in 25 years of being in the car industry purchasing from another dealership G. B. Thomas was Awesome.
Keith Woodberry was my sales rep and he did his best to help me. I will definitely consider Mercedes -Benz of Jackson for other vehicles

Recently visited service department for Schedule A on car after three attempts for an appointment. The wait was three hours (no problem), but after service my car was driven inside and remained there approximately 40 minutes before I asked what was the problem.. I watched as my car was moved out of line for someone else and placed behind the other customers (not fair). I did not buy my car in Mississsippi, but I did buy my car because the customer service was a 10+.
