We bought a car 2011 with low mileage and five lights on with discounted price to fix by ourselves with our affordable mechanic, under the clean title through carfax, AS IS. As is we did initials and signs was written by the owner including lights and non functioning A.C. During the repairs we gencounter with lots of shocks regarding deployed airbag and manually bring it in plus non functions computer due to change with another computer belong to a 2009 car!! Unfortunately we got the car as is and no choic until this point, at the last mechanic shop they tried to fix the noises they saw this car had a big framed damaged and was TOTALLED but we bought this totaled car as a clean carfax and without even Accudent! We were told to pull up the history with online website that all dealers have access to it and unfortunately we saw it there too. No any doubt anymore. The last mechanic called the business and he said they bought it as is, that is it! He said he can sell the car as FAVOR for us, but we denied to sell this unsafe car to someone else and threat their life as we threat our daughters life. During searching in this company’s reviews we saw the same business with other customer years ago that I wished I saw it before buying the car., the other customer knew it after the accident and insurance told them this car does not have any value to reimburse them. Is there legal to cover the FRAMED DAMAGED CAR under the wird AS Is? Thank you for supporting the customers to know their right.
