Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review on this Acura Service Dept. We have muti Acura and will now be looking for a new service department due to the misleading act of David Chirinos our service advisor. My fiancé bought in our 2020 RDX for a oil change and to have the tires air inflated to the proper spec since we don’t drive this car much during that time she gets a invoice of service done that she didn’t authorize. When she bring it to the advisor attention he stated you did authorize the work when you signed for the a service oil change. Therefore she felt obligated to pay an invoice for a total of which she was never called for or authorized. At this time I call and speak with Gilbert Paz where he offered us 30 dollars off. I stated the issue is bigger than this. The work was not authorized an Email was never sent like it has been in the past with work that needs to be done or not done. Only an email showing the vehicle was in-service. Makes you wonder is it because she was a woman alone?in fact we never got a quote just he is your bill. This is unacceptable. I will be following up for corporate about this. Consumer beware of the non-transparency in the service department.btw they also reported my miles incorrect which could be a problem down the line.

Having owned Acuras for more than twenty years, In places like Connecticut, and Colorado, Miami Acura is without a doubt the most professional and courteous dealership, they do not push product and they explain everything very clearly. They are very careful to show all options and let the client make the best decision for them without any pressure.

I had an amazing car shopping experience at Miami Acura! Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me find my dream car! Thank you Miami Acura!

Name is Mr. & Mrs. Barrios, we leave a 1 star because we are not allowed by this platform to leave a BIG Zero. Mr. Wesley Skyers sold us a car by lying to us. The car had transmission problems confirmed by Pembroke Pines Acura Service Manager where we had to take the car for continuing skipping gears as we told Wesly and he insisted it was the brand new brakes they had installed which in any case he never showed us the service report of the new brakes installed. Wesley and the Manager Debra Canter said Pembroke Pines Service Manager were lying to us about the transmission problem. The car was bought CASH, and Debra Canter said she was not going to refund our monies. Nevertheless, Miami Acura is blaming on Pembroke Pines and Acura Headquarters for letting us know Miami Acura should have not have sold us the car in such condition.

My wife and I just purchased a 2022 Acura MDX from Wesley Skyers at Miami Acura. Not only were we treated exceptionally well, we also got a great deal on our new car & a fair price on our trade. Everyone at Miami Acura, Debra Canter, John Sanchez, Doug Mittler and Wesley were very helpful during the process. Wesley spent quite a bit of time going over all of the incredible features and technology built into this vehicle. We could not be happier, thank you Miami Acura!

I bought a 2011 VW Jetta from Miami Acura on Monday, September 28, 2020. I was informed that the master cylinder needed to be replaced and the service department had me stay overnight in Miami in order to replace the part. I drove the car to Gainesville on Monday, September 28, 2020 and on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, my car's traction light came on, my brake pedal is hard, and the car will not move. When I called Miami Acura on Thursday, October 1, 2020, I was told by the service department that they are not responsible for the car. I then called again today, October 2, 2020 and was told that the current issue has nothing to do with the master cylinder repair that was performed on Monday, September 28, 2020. I feel slighted and played.
