I made an appointment for a certain car, and they sold it without even giving me a courtesy call. Basically wasted hours of my time instead of just saying outright a trade couldn’t be dons. Mainly upset that I went in the first place, since the car I actually wanted was sold, and wouldn’t have driven 2 hours to go here if it wasn’t there.
