Let me tell you ALL something; THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO GO FOR A GOOD DEAL AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was frustrated with metro ford on 67th and western; I was so ticked off I wanted to get RID of my ford transit connect and WANTED TO BUY A DODGE! I went to Midway Dodge; Found them on the internet and went to their website. I was IMMEDIATELY contacted by Mr. Webb who asked me to come in and talked to Kiko for service. Not only did I meet Kiko the very next day he listen to EVERYTHING I said about metro ford (Oh yeah I posted on Yelp, Carguru AND carfax but carfax removed my post! Note to self NEVER Deal with that site AGAIN! Look it up and see for yourself) They didn't have a Dodge Promaster that I was hoping for but after seeing a few vehicles that did work for me Kiko had an idea for me to check out the 2019 Chrysler Pacifica because it could meet all my needs. He had Mr. John Franko to help me out. He pulled up the Pacifica and I was SOLD! I "had" to test drive it (by Law) and Kiko was right; It exceeded my needs and then some! I had the ford repoed because I was DONE WITH IT and was told that "if there are any problems with the pacifica to bring it back and they will take care of it." I did have some issues pop up; I then connected my FIXD module to the van ( I HIGHLY recommend you get one!) and a bunch of things popped up. I contacted Kiko and he told me to bring it in and they will take care of it. I Brought my diagnostic list from my FIXD module and I gave it to Santiago (The supa dupa cool mechanic/tech assigned to my van) and he ran his own diagnostic and asked about the fact that he didn't see the check engine light light for the errors. That was HUGE to me because I didn't add that to the list! I was going to tell them about it instead and BAM he found that?!?! BONUS for me because that showed me that HE AND Midway Dodge is about business! They kept my van for almost two weeks and I used 2 "Loaners" which is fine to me because QUALITY TAKE TIME AND ALSO BEGETS QUALITY. Kiko called me and told me EVERYTHING that was going on with my van. Mr. Franko called me to let me know that the van was ready and I could pick it up! Let me tell you when I drove it off the lot I was BEYOND HAPPY BECAUSE EVERYTHING was BEYOND WORKING ORDER! They went above and beyond in making the repairs with my van! I'm happy with my deal and I'm EXTREMELY happy with the CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have bought MANY CARS, TRUCKS and VANS and To this date THIS IS THE VERY BEST COMPLETE SERVICE THAT I'VE EVER HAD! MAKE NO MISTAKE THIS IS THE PLACE TO START YOUR SEARCH FOR A NEW OF USE CAR! You will learn that Midway Dodge is the BENCHMARK for what you car buying experience SHOULD BE; Lol There is a good chance that you won't leave to another dealership! THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU! Now of course you have to be reasonable but I promise you your visit will be worth it! :)
