Dealership is shady, please watch your sales documents. My father recently passed away, and while managing his estate I noticed the truck he just bought from this dealership jacked up the price on the final sales document. I asked them about this, and they said it was for "add-ons" but there is none listed on the sales document. My father negotiated he would pay the asking price if they would give him a free bedliner. He used to do lifetime oil changes, but it costs too much now for most dealerships. Anyway, they agreed to the free bedliner, but then charged him an additional $3K on the asking price. Watch your sales documents when dealing with the Orr dealership.
Purchased a new Nissan and I just love it not to mention the customer service was excellent. The staff was easy to work with and the owner even came over to shake my hand and say Thank you.
Orr Nissan of Searcy has taken care of me wonderfully! We have purchased 3 vehicles and were given great deals and great service! Also when we’ve needed a vehicle repaired it was done in a very timely manner. Will continue to use them for my car needs!
bought used rogue from bno and patrick. great experince and highly recommend these guys. niceto find a dealer with no frama and games !
I was visiting from out of town and my air conditioner went out and it was 105 degrees. They put in a compressor and charged me 1100 dollars. My car was vibrating after the install. I had already started home on a Sunday when this happened. I had to have surgery and couldn’t return until I was released to drive but I did call and let them know. I brought it back and they said it was the compressor again which was under warranty but I would have to pay labor again for them to replace it which was 440 dollars. I could maybe understand if my car and been running great and this happened months later but it was like that right when I got it back from them. I guess if another compressor was bad that they put in I would have to pay 440 dollars again until they put a good one in my car eventually. I have bought numerous cars over the years and never have I ever had to pay if I picked it my car and something was wrong initially. I have worked retail for 40 years and I never would have treated a customer that way when I was responsible for what was wrong. If you need good customer service you need to see Everett in the Benton area. Good people who care about customer satisfaction. If I knew now what would happen, I would have driven my car home in the heat and used a reliable dealership who cares about the customer. Don’t go near Orr Nissan in Searcy.
The service tech was demeaning and treated me as a woman with attitude, or maybe it had to do with the fact I’m Hispanic. He did not listen to what I was saying. He seemed so confused by the fact that I bought the car out of state. He implied that I had not changed the oil for 14,000 miles because it was not done in a dealership. I have an oil sticker on my car from the last one less than two months ago. The whole experience was awful. He just kept saying giving me prices for services. I would not do business here ever!!!
