I have driven Ford Escapes for the last 23 years and was in the market for a new Escape this year. Not knowing that 2026 was going to be the last year for this model, I started the search in my Kentucky hometown and was so upset when I found out how limited my choices were there, especially once I had gone onto Ford’s site and “built” my dream version of the Escape in my color choice. I was so happy to connect with David Giese at Mike Castrucci Ford and find the exact car I had been searching for. David was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. We drove from Kentucky to Cincinnati to get my dream car and David was with me every step of the way, assuring me the car would be there when we arrived. Even though I had to bring my two grandchildren, David arranged for treats for them when they arrived and that helped me to work on the finance portion of my sale. After my test drive with David, I worked with Charles Krekeler in finance, who made the purchase process easy and quick so that I could wrap things up and take my grandchildren from the dealership to a nearby amusement establishment. This was my first experience with Mike Castrucci Ford and I have to say it was amazingly wonderful and well worth the drive from Kentucky. Thank you David and Charles for all the thoughtful gestures extended to me and my family (David even found bags for me when I realized I had not completely emptied my trade-In Ford Escape). I am very grateful to Mike Castrucci Ford in Milford, Ohio, for having the exact Ford Escape Platinum that is my dream car and especially to David and Charles for doing everything possible to help me bring that dream car home. I am a very happy customer!

This was our third car buying experience from Mike Castrucci Ford. Charles in Finance is always great to work with! Charles is polite, friendly and makes the buying process seamless, fast and efficient. Bill in Sales is knowledgable and answered all of my questions. He never pressured me and the sale went very smooth and quick.
I had contacted the dealership about a Ford Explorer and I just could not get a deal struck for the vehicle I wanted. The salesman Daniel Qatar was great and he sold me a car from the sister dealer ship in Alexandria Kentucky which worked out great because I live in Kentucky. He did a great job.
Mike castrucci was very easy to deal with. Not a high pressure dealer and they quickly got the paperwork completed and on our way.
Nice supportive salesman. Daniel did a great job. I just dislike the car purchase experience, especially when a trade-in situation is involved. Being told that because the vehicle was already reduced, they had to find a way to make some money was a bit off-putting. I understand it was discounted and why I was there, but I don't want to feel I'm being shorted on my trade in some way.
