Neida is very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. She was persistent with my sale which benefited both of us in the long run, because I ended up coming back and getting a car. She made the whole experience a little more fun and relaxed thankfully, because normally its brutal going car shopping. She never gave up trying to get me the deal I wanted for the car I wanted to be in. I was pleasantly surprised of her knowledge on the cars. She taught me all the perks of the car and how to operate everything. She made me feel super special by putting the big red bow on my car once all was said and done. I've always wanted to see my new car with a big red bow on it lol. She also left me the sweetest thank you card in my new car. It wasn't generic, it was handwritten and personalized to our experience together and things we had spoken about. It solidified me being heard by her, and knowing that she was paying attention to details of my life and not just trying to get me in to a car. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy/lease/finance a new or pre owned vehicle. She doesn't give up and really tries to get you what you want while giving you a pleasant experience. Millennium Hyundai, when I leased my car from them 3 years ago my sales person was great then too. Hence I came back here this year when it was time to lease again. I was very happy that I got another great sales person. The only thing I had to complain about was when I first came for a visit this year I had to speak to my sales persons manager and he was extremely unfriendly and just rude. It completely turned me off and I walked/stormed out with no intention of going back. BUT my sales person Neida Lara kept reaching out to me trying to get me the best deal she could for what I wanted and ended up getting me to come back and complete a sale. The fact that she was able to redeem this sale for Millennium Hyundai speaks volumes about her, because I was addiment about not coming back. Because of her dedication and personality, I can confidently say that I have no reservations about coming back to Millennium when I need to. The Gentleman that I dealt with from the finance department also extremely nice and down to earth, it was late and he was tired, so we were rushing through things, but I also wanted to go home. All in all he was nice and friendly and got the job done without me having to wait for hours.

Millennium had several cars in stock to choose from so we were able to select the one that best fit our needs and budget. The entire process from selection, paperwork, and pick-up was smooth and efficient. Erwin and the rest of the staff were accommodating, professional and a pleasure to work with. If you want courteous, respectful, efficient service when you're looking to purchase a car, this is the place to go.
