We did not purchase our 2025 Lincoln Nautilus R3 Hybrid from Miller, our local dealer, as we found the exact vehicle we wanted available much quicker online in Flint Michigan. However, Miller's sales & finance staff were very accomodating and understanding when we informed them of our decision to not purchase from them. Miller refunded our deposit without hesitation. They also tried very hard to match ESP quotes we received online, but could not compete with our final ESP quote online from Granger. We are glad that Miller has such a great reputation, since we plan to use Miller for ALL of our servicing needs for the next 10 years. It was just down to Miller not being able to compete with online sales quotes and availability. We would have preferred to purchase our 2025 Nautilus and ESP from Miller, but the difference was several thousand dollars and several months until delivery. Oh well. Wonderful service with a kind staff! Alias in the service department was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He addressed all of my concerns and I left the dealership very pleased with the service. I would recommend Miller Ford to friends and family.
My salesman, Mike Boyd, found the car that he knew that I would like and held it for me. The finance guy helped me to get my payment where I can be comfortable. The car was cleaned and detailed and ready to go when I got done the paperwork.

Just bought a Maverick at Miller Ford in Lumberton. The team at Miller Ford is outstanding. Erica the sales person was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful through the entire process. They had Maverick stock on the lot and were very fair with their prices and the value of my trade in. Financing was easy, the entire process was quick and not stressful in anyway. I recommend Miller Ford highly.
