Salesmen Tom was so patient with me while trying to decide and was knowledgeable about their product explaining different functions of my new Tiguan

I bought my Jetta without even stepping foot in the dealership. That being said, everything was straight forward and there wasn't any haggling. I made an offer and they accepted. My offer was only based on lowest advertised price I saw. Everything else went smooth. I didn't want any add ons and they didn't push them. I would use them again.
