Dishonest and Unsafe Sales – Be Warned I purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango from Driven Boise, advertised as “ready for any road.” Just 15 minutes after leaving the lot, it started ticking and overheated due to no coolant in the system. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to take responsibility, hiding behind “as-is” and “xxxxxx lot” excuses. While I’m actively seeking full repairs or a reversal of the sale, they went ahead and lowered the price on my trade-in and kept it listed for resale, showing clear bad faith. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them. Get a professional inspection first and don’t trust their sales claims without proof. I am pursuing legal action to hold them accountable.
