Upon the purchase of our first Audi vehicle had a recall that we needed to take care of. We scheduled with Audi San Diego and we're assigned to Horacio Mireles aka Nacho. He made our first visit so pleasant from start to finish. We was assigned loaner for the weekend but he was able to get our car returned the same day. Look forward to working with him in the future.
