I called and was greeted by the rudest salesperson I have ever seen. I figured maybe he was having a bad day so I went to see the car in person on Wednesday and boy was I surprised. The guy there named " Ace " was very aggressive and condescending. By far the rudest salesperson ever. He started cussing at me and said " buy a car or leave " who says that ? Totally unprofessional. We left and bought a car down the street where we were treated with respect. This place is a joke and Ace is a wanna be bully.

I was sold a vehicle that does not have working signal lights, headlights, doesn’t lock and cannot read tire pressure among other things. The vehicle was advertised in good condition and things that we were not able to see during the day have come up at night and I believe that Lee Knew these things and still neglected to consider my safety and sold me the car anyway. They do not provide great quality and I would advise you to go with someone else is this would be a bottom of the barrel chop shop type of establishment and I should’ve known better because when we were speaking with Lee, he told us that he had a crazy woman and her husband that were unsatisfied with their car recently and the gentleman was trying to return it, and the police had to get involved… looking back that was a MAJOR RED FLAG cause here I am with a lemon courtesy of J&M!

The check engine light came on within 9 days of the sale and has come on 3 more times since. I highly recommend purchasing elsewhere. I wish I had!

My wife and daughter went there to buy a car and had to bring the car back for a brake light. When my daughter, who is 19 years old, got home she found a note from an employee that works at the lot.Apparently Todd, the employee , gave the note to another employee to put in her car. So 2 xxxxxxx employees are involved. Todd then sent her pictures of his genitalia and told her what he wanted to do her. My wife and daughter told me that Todd appears to be over 40 years old. I wonder what else is going on at this place ???? I will say that the salesman and owner were very nice and professional, but the damage was already done. How very unprofessional, for a father to have to deal with this. I plan on contacting the BBB, Adot, Az independent dealers association, and the state attorney general. I urge anyone that experienced anything similar to contact those organizations. This should not be happening.

I couldn't get approved due to my credit score. I tried to do everything possible but it just didn't work out.
