I found a truck through carfax w/this company. Called, spoke to salesman, told him my interest, and that I would fly from MICHIGAN that day to purchase it the next. The salesman said he would put it behind the building, he did not ask for a "hold" payment. I then flew to AZ. The next morning carfax sent me a notification that this truck had been sold. So I started looking elsewhere. The salesman called me to confirm my appointment. I told him I was notified that this truck has been sold. He acted confused, beyond normal confusion. For (3) days he kept calling and emailing me about other trucks I may be interested in. I profoundly let him know my displeasure with his antics. I have invested alot of time and $ to get there. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I did find my truck later that day at Expressway Chevrolet. Erica helped me find my ride.

Up until now, I've had my vehicle serviced at Seiner. Staff always professional and courteous. Untill two days ago. Called for a quote on some service and was given an outlandish price. When I questioned the price, the smart-aleck girl informed me that she didn't make up the prices, just quoted them. I called back and asked for the Service Manager. I was told he was busy with a customer. Left a message for a call back. This was on June 25th. Have yet to hear from anyone. I guess business is so good, they don't need mine anymore.

I DON'T HAVE ANY NAMES BUT SO FAR ALL ARE BAD. TRIED CALLING BUT NO ANSWER. THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO CALL US TO LET US KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON BUT NO CALL.

If I could give negative stars, I would give them minus 10. What a bunch of crooks. Went to co-sign for a used truck for my grandson. I was supposed to be a co-signer but ended up being the first signer. The truck he bought was totally misrepresented. It was advertised and sold us in person what was supposed to be a 5-cylinder 3.7-litre engine. Turns out to be a 4-cylinder which is less money. Seiner will not make it right or take the truck back. Their finance company Westlake Financial are also crooks. They told us Seiner had to take the vehicle back and they would take care of us. Any credit issues would be handled. That was a huge lie. We do not have the vehicle and the loan has been sent to collections and we have to contact Seiner to get our $2600 back. Do not do business with Seiner dealership or Westlake Financial, unless you want to get ripped off.

SCAM Paid $5,966 to get fixed! Car is still broke & was never test driven!

They claim to be family oriented lol does family take a car back keep down payment and leave a single mom who was already struggling on foot over a 20 minute interview the bank refused to do twice! Didn’t offer any solutions just came got the car AND KEPT MY DOWN PAYMENT!!
