Excellent salesperson! Easy to work with and extremely outgoing. Time will tell about my future experiences with the dealership. Only had the new car a few days and so far so good.
We had an excellent experience with buying our new CRV. Emily, our salesperson, was very courteous and friendly. She listened to our needs and requests and made valuable suggestions to us. She did not at any time pressure us into something that we didn’t need or want. Next we met with Sondra, one of the business managers. She was also very good with us. We joked, laughed and shared stories. Lastly, we met Kaylee, who sat in the vehicle with us going over all the instruments and gadgets with us. She was excellent with her explanations and answered all our questions with expert but simple answers for us. Overall, it was a very nice enjoyable experience.
The entire team did a great job. Prompt service beginning to end. Great walk around at the end to get us familiar with the new vehicle too. Second vehicle we bought from them and we will be back.
