I walked in and Mike had another appointment within the hour but made time for me without hesitation. He listened to what i was looking for and we were able to get my car buying experience started efficiently. Mike and Deanna worked within my timeline and was flexible as i altered my finance/ payment choices in the process. Excellent communication, coordination of all aspects of the purchasing and trade in process as well as attentive follow up after i drove off the lot. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mike.

Excellent customer experience as always. They called back a couple weeks later to get me into the vehicle I was looking for whenever they had new specials. Luis Morales has helped me with my last three leases and I have been happy each time. Kailey Bombard was the most comprehensive person who has gone over my new CR-V Hybrids tech features and shows me how to do settings that I didn't even know how to do on ny previous lease! Fantastic!

My grandson is so thrilled with his first new car and for our family Mohawk Honda will be the only dealership that we will ever patronize. To give Dalton a 5 is inadequate 10 plus is our rating.
