I worked with Ashley to find and purchase a certified preowned X-5. She notified me that one was coming in on trade that was exactly what I wanted. I was going to be out of town for a week and a half so she put a hold on it. Just took delivery. Everything was seamless. Ashley answered any questions I had and kept me updated through the entire process.
