Avoid this dealership at all costs The service department is an absolute joke. I filed my first warranty claim seven months ago and have since left 12 voicemails. Not one has been returned. I have a brand new Colorado that is leaking a quart of oil a month, the latest OTA update drains the battery if it sits for 48 hours, and there is a dent in the roof from their carwash, which is a known issue with a service bulletin. They have made and canceled multiple appointments. I am now completely without a working vehicle, no loaner, no updates, and no timeline. To make matters worse, I recently found out my service advisor flat out lied to me. Back on February 11th, he told me I was on the waitlist for a loaner. I wasn’t. He never submitted anything. I only finally received an email promising a call "first thing Monday" after filing official complaints with the Texas Attorney General, the BBB, and GM. Of course, no one ever called. Total silence ever since. The sales experience was great, but everything after that has been a complete dumpster fire. This is hands down the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. If you expect basic honesty, communication, or competent service, go anywhere else.
Terrible dealership. NOT knowledgeable in product I was trying to buy. Couldn't get a price on a car they had on their website.
Don’t walk, RUN!!! Had a vehicle that has been there for almost months. Service advisor James has done nothing but lie over and over and over and has made every excuse in the book. At least he was answering his phone, now he’s gone completely silent. I can assure you this is the last time I will ever do business here to include purchasing a vehicle which I have.

I was a happy camper after getting everything done on 6-4-2024. James Gray met me in the service bay at 9:22am and I showed him the flyer card I received in the mail. I told him I needed: oil change, state inspection, check brake pads and please check air in tires. Later before state inspection was completed, he came to waiting room and advised me of recommended 30K service. Asked him about brake pads and he reassured me they were fine. I okayed to do FBS 30K service. James had me ready to go at 11:16am with a couple of discounts. This made my day! I had figured the cost to be much more than I paid. It was awesome! Thank you to James at Moritz Chevrolet!
