I cannot give high enough ratings for the excellent service that I received from the sales team. I first spoke with Jasen Vann on the phone, and he was very professional and explained pricing and extras and answered all the questions I had. I asked him for a quote on the vehicle that I had chosen online, and he sent it right away. Right after this, I had an unpleasant experience with another Nissan dealership. The salesperson from that group sent me a quote, and I went to the dealership planning to purchase it. Their sales manager would not honor the quote that the salesman had given me. He would not even look at it. So I called Jasen back and told him what had happened. He put his sales manager, Alfonso Gutierrez on the phone, and Mr. Gutierrez assured me that he would honor the quote and that Mossy did not treat customers that way. I had previously worked for a company that leased cars from Mossy, and we always had excellent service and relationships with them. So I went to Mossy, met with Jasen, and closed the deal on the same day. All the employees made me feel very comfortable; there was no hard sell. It was a very pleasant experience, and now whenever I plan to purchase a car, either new or used, Mossy is the first place I will go, and I will recommend the dealership highly to anyone looking for a new car. Jasen continues to be in touch with me via e-mail to let me know opportunities that I have with Mossy Nissan. I couldn't give a better review. I am a long time customer of Mossy Nissan, so far I was very satisfied with the sales and service. I was recently in the market for a Nissan Rogue and received a great price on the car itself and my trade in allowance. When the salesman presented the numbers, he added on a protection package for $2,995 and an interior leather pritection package for $499. I told the salesman that I didn’t what those packages and he insisted that he couldn’t remove them from the price. I declined the offer and left the dealership without doing the deal. I very disappointed with Mossy Nissan and their predatory add on packages.
The first time I came to pick up my repaired vehicle it was ready, after they said it was. Wasted trip. The second time at the Collision Center they told me to sit in the waiting room, that was full of knats. Yes Knats landing all over me. Then they literally forgot about me. Then, when I came back after test driving my vehicle, no one was there. I had to wait again because the entire staff was having a work meeting in the garage. They ignored me twice. Just rude and unproffesional. Then I waited an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. Any other Nissan dealership will be better than this one.
Me 10 out of 10, I must say I was very pleased. I told Cesar my sales person what I wanted, and I didn't want them to just put me in a vehicle they were trying to get off the lot, he went above and beyond with his customer service. I got exactly what I wanted. The Sales Manager Mark was excellent I was not in there long three hours max then when completing paperwork with Finance Manger Melvin, it was all smooth sailing from there. I will recommend them they get a 10 out of 10 from me.
They didn’t perform the service I paid for and I was left stranded the very next day. The 21 point inspection included a battery check. When I lifted the hood to see why my car wouldn’t start, the terminals were badly corroded and it was only registering 9.2 volts. I had to spend $200 on a new battery that I might have shopped for a better price had I been advised that my battery was bad. I don’t have faith that they did anything else they claimed they did. I doubt my tires were even rotated. DONT GO THERE!!!!
The service department at Mossy Nissan is top notch! I like that they give you a dedicated technician. Gregory is friendly and professional. They communicate well about the repairs, and it makes the whole process a lot easier! I have enjoyed taking my car here for service.
