I've had my Toyota Sequoia for 25 years and started looking at a new car in May but wasn't exactly sure which one I wanted; a Tacoma or 4 Runner. Emilio Ozuna was very patient and showed me every car I wanted to see. Finally decided in December and came back to see Emilio because he had been so helpful in May. Since it was not in their inventory, JJ and Emilio found the pre-owned 4 Runner Limited with all the features I wished for. The car had a minor issue which Tom Larkin and the service department took care of right away. Since I obviously don't buy cars very often, thank you Toyota, I think the extended warranty offer should have been explained earlier during the process and not at the very end but all in all everyone was great to deal with and a great experience.
