My son Jacob and I went to the Myrtle Beach Chrystler Jeep SC on August 12, 2025. We had an appointment to look at a 2021 Honda CR-V EX. Sales and Leasing Professional Hilton Smith exceeded our expectations. Hilton had the vehicle ready and took us for a test drive. He provided detailed information, answered all our questions with confidence and clarity, making the process smooth and enjoyable. What stood out the most was his no pressure approach. BUYER BEWARE! I went to the dealership on Thursday, July 24th. I saw the used Jeep that I was interested in buying. I made an offer and they countered. We couldn’t get together. The Sales guy called today at a little before 11:00 am (Friday, July 25th), we negotiated a little more and “Made a Deal”! I asked if I needed to make a deposit and he said no. He said I’ll have the vehicle cleaned up and the paperwork ready when you come in Saturday morning at 10:00. I said great and headed to the golf course. He called me AN HOUR LATER and said “I have some bad news”. I said ok, what is it? He said “the Jeep has just been SOLD! I asked how that was even possible since we had made a deal an hour ago? He said they decided to go with the person who was here at the dealership. REALLY? After we’d made a deal and arrangements to meet tomorrow?? Who does that? Complete lack of respect, not as good as their word, and absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL! That puts an end to me doing business with this dealership. So BEWARE!!

I love Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep! How can you tell? Over the past 12-years, I have purchased my last three vehicles. Lou Davis always took care of me. He will be missed. But it isn't all about one person, it's about the whole team and the way they have taken care of me over the years. I don't just buy cars from them, they also take care of all my service needs. Let me tell you, at Myrtle Beach customer loyalty is not just a phrase, it is a reality! I am recently a widow and I had a panic attack when, out of warranty, my Jeep’s radio and information system went out. As a loyal and valued Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep customer, Eric said he would take care of me and he did! Their service department is so good that a few years ago my sister and brother-in-law were in town from Michigan visiting and they had an accident. Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep’s Service and Collision Center took great care of them and got them back on the road within a reasonable period of time. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, or are looking for a reliable dealership to service your vehicle, I can’t think of a reason why you should go anywhere else than Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. They are the best and you won't regret it!
