I was looking for a grand cherokee and stopped by Jeep of Chicago- met Steve B and was impressed with the presentation he gave me for the jeep vehicle. we are still a little time away from a final decision and there are a couple others ivolved in the choice- im leaning toward the jeep for sure and definite want to buy with Steve B- would love to have him working for me!!

Andre helped me with profeesional behavior unmatched. My visit to the dealership started out a little concerning as a couple of the guys were loud and using foul language in the front showing area. I wasnt certain id like to do business here. I almost wrote this review as a bad review regarding my first impression. But after spening the time with Andre to see some cars Im happy i worked with him and not the other guys. He was respectful and helpful. I work in a customer service position and can tell you Andre is a good employee that should b doing very well. as for the other guys, Im sure there has been note made in the past about this and hopefully it wont continue this way.

I had been looking all over for a nice Audi A6 and found one at Jeep of Chicago- the year of the car made it harder to get financing secured and fortunately I have a good relationship with my credit union and they hooked it up!! I got to jeep of chicago and saw Steve B- after a few days of coordinating with the credit union i got my funds set up- but then the holiday interfered and other people were trying to buy the car. Steve B managed to hold the car for me while we waited for my credit union to get them the funds wired and even turned down a higher paying offer from further away! Im excited to have this car and look forward to sending others to see Steve b at Jeep of Chicago!! thanks guys!

Steve B was very helpful while we have been shopping for a car. We selected a nice new compass and cant wait to drive it on our first family roadtrip next week!! We live nearby and had cjecked a lot of Jeep stores and found Steve b at Jeep of Chicago was only person very up front and helpful- no added or hidden fees and tranparent about the who;le process.
