i recently had my Audi a6 serviced at Audi Mendham. They delivered my car back to me with broken off handle for my center console. I called immediately and left a message including video and pictures. Later in the day i was told that they would look into this and contact me the next day. One week later and I'm still waiting. I attempting contacting the 'service manager' early yesterday and left a message...STILL WAITING!
I recently purchased a 2021 Audit Q7 from this dealership and I had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The sales person, Chip, was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional - but I most appreciated his patience with my buying experience. Before deciding to buy, I made multiple trips to the dealership for test drives etc and I never felt any pressure from Chip. He was always willing to spend time answering my questions and really took the opportunity to get to know me and my buying preferences. He offered to deliver my car to my home, and then when my license plates were available, he came back to my home to put them on. Overall, I had a great experience - I would go back to this dealership for future purchases and I will gladly refer friends and family.
Drove past 4 Audi dealerships to get here and the decision was worth it. Great experience, warm welcoming feeling the minute you arrive not the typical “dealership” drama you get. Walked in for a Q5 left purchasing an SQ5 from Lauren and Jim and can’t ask for better treatment, went above and beyond to make my budget happen. Great work Lauren and Jim, thank you again you guys have a customer for life!
I felt prompted to write a review as too many people write reviews when they have a problem or are unsatisfied in their result. I have been a loyal Audi customer for over 15 years. I have been dealing with Audi Mendham since 2006. This is my eighth car that I have purchased from Audi of Mendham. I have serviced my Audi's since 2006 there as well. The staff is great to deal with. I have nothing to negative with my experience or I would not be returning to continue business with them. I now travel over 40 miles to deal with the professional, experience people at Mendham. Kudos to Bonnie Stelletell, my salesperson, Larry Jacobs the sales manager and Ed in finance as well as Diego in service. I would give them more stars, if it were available.
I recently did my 30K service at Mendham Audi. I made an appointment at 9:00am. I dropped my car there on time & asked roughly how long the car service will last, was told it would take ~ 1.5 hours. We came back after 2.5 hours & was told my car was not ready & we have come back again. The customer service people were very rude & blamed us for communication problems. It is just a lube job, what kind of fine communication do you need?
Tom O’Brien provided great services. He listened and works with me on what I need. Tom is a layback sale person not pushish, and he got the sale
