I had a great experience with everyone. I was dealing with Noah and he was very helpful with the process.
I took my car in to see John. He was very courteous and kind. It was a simple transaction, just getting a spare tire for my new car. It went well.
Long time ago when I was starting my credit I came to Nissan and said I needed 8k down for a jeep before I even had bad credit. Carlos he looks out for you, years later i thought I couldn't count on this dealership , he knows what he's doing. Just have good xxx tamales de raja ready 🤗
I had a really positive experience with the car service department because everything felt smooth and straightforward. I was greeted right away, Jeff listened to my concerns, and explained what they’d be checking in a clear, honest way. I appreciated getting updates during the service and never felt pressured into anything unnecessary. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and when I picked up my car, the advisor walked me through the work and the invoice so everything was transparent.
It was a good experience. It is nice that they have coffee and hot water. It was nice when you had little individually wrapped snacks because the wait could be long.
Customer service was good and the man that help me was very nice and polite
