Courteous service. Addressed my issues and concerns. Listened and thoughtfully responded to my questions and concerns.
Helpful, but expensive... Was done fast. The parts are expensive. The staff is polite and helpful.
Jeffrey was knowledgeable about what my car needed, gave me good advice about things I needed to do in the future for the car. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.
I've got to say that the service department is 'top notch' and top of the line! Better than any other dealership that I've dealt with before. From check in, the service writer, to courtesy ride to Sky (as I wait for my Rogue to be serviced), the tech doing a video of my inspection, etc. I'm actually in awe of the whole process. Thank you! I picked the right dealership to purchase my Rogue!! ??
