Service has always been excellent. Raul has always been very professional and very helpful. Unfortunately i can't say the same for the sales department. I had the feeling I was being rushed to sign a contract before seeing or drive the new vehicle, I was supposed to buy on a trade in. I had to say that I was not going to sign a contract not until I drive/test the new vehicle. The new vehicle was at another dealership and it was going to be delivered the next day. I ended up going to Ford and made the decision to trade in my Nissan vehicle for a Ford vehicle.
The team is very helpful and always make me feel welcomed Great service and keep me informed
Everything was excellent He check to see if there any recalls. He made sure all my maintenance was up to date. All in all just a great experience.
They did well in informing me, telling me about the wait, and sending me out near the dealership to do the things I needed to while I waited.
