For some reason the maintenence did not appear in your computer system when I made the appt. I took the document with me just in case to prove I had coverage. That is a little concerning when the contract was part of my purchase at the dealership. I had been charged for oil changes in the past and have been reimbursed. Each time I take my vehicle I just have to prove I have a maintenance contract. Not the best way to get an oil change.

Got my car in right away for transmission problems. Performed work under the warranty and did a great job.

I have to say Noah did an amazing job selling this car. My wife and I came in hesitant to buy and were on the fence about purchasing until Noah came and gave us the answers to all our questions. Completely unbiased and attentive to all of our questions and concerns. The process was very quick and efficient. Once we were approved by a lender he moved fast to make sure everything was done correctly and had our new vehicle out front waiting for us. This dealership definitely felt more like family and we appreciated that, being that this will be our family car.
