It was good. No appointment needed and I was in and out in 90 minutes
It took Nissan 5 times to figure ot a ound in the rear of my Rogue. That's really unacceptable. The second time I brought it in they should have found it or tore the car apart to try and find it. That's customer service. Not the 5th time.
Very attentive to my issues and patiently explained my car's condition My car is too important and he understood that and made me feel as if I was 1 priority.
Every one at Elk Grove Nissan was extremely kind and helpful. Alex Moreno was a great help throughout the process.

missed the detailing/hand car wash service!!! already been 6 yrs since the pandemic, the services should be restored back!!!
