Giovanni was the first person to approach me when I entered. I appreciate how helpful, friendly, and honest he was with me. I went to other places to look at similar cars but I came back to Nissan because of Giovanni. His hospitality was unmatched and he made me feel comfortable and appreciated as well. While other employees were coming and going, he was the only one who was with me the entire time I was there. He made sure to keep me well informed through every step of the process. EVERY salesman at Nissan of Elk Grove needs to count their days because Giovanni is going to take over !
Franz was AMAZING ! Me an my dad literally stopped in to take a peek at a car he saw online an ended up buying a car by the end of the day lol he was very helpful & honest and he stayed with us alllllllll the way til closing time. I highly recommend 💕
