I have 4 Nissan’s in my driveway and I have traded in 3 previous cars all purchased at Team Nissan of Vineland. I have never felt pressured or deceived when shopping for a car. All of my requests are met if they can meet them and supporting a local dealership in my community is important to me. I feel like I matter. When it comes time for service the confidence that I have is immeasurable. The safety and quality that I experience goes a long way. I feel like a car is an investment and it’s important to take care of that investment. Dealing with Team I feel like that’s easy. From sales to service I won’t go anyplace else.
Nice sales person however price of the vehicle was not the same 5 thousand more. The old bait and switch.
Terrible experience, this dealership flat out lied that they had sold a vehicle that I was going to purchase so they could raise the price a day later. These guys give used car salesman a bad name. Go somewhere else, theres plenty of other places with actual integrity
Found Team Nissan of Vineland Nj through Car Gurus during my car search. I called them a few hours before I came since I was driving from out of state .Issac said he would have both models ready for me to look at. When I arrived Issac was there but was unavailable to help and had to wait for another salesman to help. Esaias pretty nice at first both cars of course wasn't ready had to go to the lot to find it so that i could test drive it. Finally when it was time to negotiate a deal. That was stressful they failed to tell us about the 1.9 at first they said they didn't offer that then when we pulled it up online they all in a sudden said they offer it. lack of knowledge coming from amateur salesman at this dealership. Reached out to the dealership on Monday and told them that i would be coming back to purchase the car that I wanted. And to please have it ready. Once again driving from out of state It took me about 1:45 to get there you think that the car would be ready. Finally in the process of paperwork Esaias my salesman at the time was really unprofessional. Once credit got approved it was all done for him no thank you for your service no rundown on the vehicle completely ridiculous and unprofessional Not even a goodbye. I finished up my paperwork with Gary which he was a nice guy probably the only decent person at that dealership. Finally as I get into my car halfway down the road i realized no car mats and a empty tank. Plus dealership paint still on my window I was baffled that this dealership would have the audacity .the next day i called and spoke to Jim he said he would he would take care of it all when i came back to pick up my tags . Finally the time has come temporary plates are expired called them up at first the person I spoke to said she didn't see them in the system yet so they did not arrive.and that she will have someone reach out to me before the day was over finally spoke to Don he said that he would have someone deliver my mats and tags to my home the next day. all in a sudden my stuff was there after they said they didn't see it in the system Next day I get a phonecall and they say that my mats will be delivered to my home personally but now the tags would be fed ex to me next business day. So Don clearly lied to me. I asked them what am i going to do if I get pulled over driving with expired temporary plates they said they weren't going to pay if i had gotten a ticket and on top of that the car mats that they personally delivered to me of course they were the wrong ones. I also inquired about my gas reimbursement for the empty tank. Don offered me a $20.00 electronic giftcard fo if I were to give them a good online rating 20 bucks wouldn't even give me a full tank. Worst dealership i have ever had to deal with . Very incompetent not happy with the services provided. They need to revamp the whole team . Finally reached back out to Don after not returning my call for a week . He told me that that CPO cars certified pre owned do not come with car matts knor do they put a full tank of gas in CPO gas. He says coming from someone who worked at a dealership for over 14 years says I should of got a WE OWE from Jim one of the sales managers that I was in contact with at the time when i got my vehicle last month. Jim is no longer there.
In 2016 we purchased our first Armada. In December of 2020, we traded her in and purchased a used 2018 Armada. With much hesitation because i LOVED my 2015 so much and 4 days of thinking about it I AM SO HAPPY! They always are welcoming and make you feel right at home. Service doesn't make you feel stupid. They explain and even make sure you get the best deal. I feel extremely comfortable having my truck serviced here and only go there now. Ill pay more if i have to just to be treated CORRECTLY. I can not say enough positive things. TONY in service is amazing!
We took our car in for service and were told we needed a part. They did not test drive they just plugged it into a computer. That part was replaced 5 months prior to this. Nissan Insisted this was the issue. When the car was picked up, the same issue we took the car in for to service was still happening After paying over $700. Still car was never test driven. We were given a rental and were told we would be contacted the following day. We were told the car was running fine After making one minor adjustment and they do not give any money back or discounts for service that was unnecessary or not needed. They offered to take all the parts out that they did but only give a $100 discount off the $700. Tried to speak to the owner of Nissan of Vineland. He again reiterated they never give money back, and that I should be happy they fixed it the second time. Owner was very rude, and had zero respect. I do not recommend anyone to do service at this place. If I could give zero stars I would.
