UPDATE! It is now Sept. 2025 and I'm so in love with my car! Keith Giacobe was my new service guy! He was professional, knowledgable and personable! He made sure I had a loaner (by the way, pleeassseee check out the BMW 2 series--a ton of power packed in an SUV--it actually had a lot of room, especially in the back seats and trunk..a true beauty), he also ensured my car was clean as a whistle inside and out! Awesome service! I previously had Nicole Floegel as my service advisor and she is top knotch awesome as well! UPDATE! It is now July 2024 and I’m still overly excited about my BMW! I have to say that I do not believe I would have so much enjoyment had it not been for the expertise of my service advisor, Taron! He has exceeded in service, courtesy, and professionalism time and time again! The video of my car explaining what the service entailed was super cool! I’ve overheard Taron speaking with other BMW owners. His candor reminds us all that we are not just customers, but we are apart of the Rick Hendricks “family”! Taron is a pure asset in the Rick Hendricks business. UPDATE! It is now March 2024 and I am still ecstatic about my purchase! My service advisor is Taron. He is very pleasant, courteous, professional and he basically over exceeds my expectations! He will be the reason as to why I will remain a BMW customer! Original Post: I had an awesome experience at Rick Hendrick BMW in Charleston, South Carolina! James was my salesperson. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. During the test drive he showed me exciting features that I was unaware were included with the BMW X6. James was able to perfectly situate me with building my 2022 X6 xDrive40i with a M Sport package. James also provided information that allowed us to receive a military incentive. When my BMW X6 arrived (did I mention the car only took four weeks to build DURING covid?) we walked into Rick Hendrick BMW with a check issued by NFCU. However, due to the expertise of Alex Greene, the sales manager, and Oliver, the finance guru, we shredded the check and opted to allow Rick Hendricks BMW to finance our vehicle at an awesome rate! As to Trae, where do I start! He is truly the genius brains of the BMW operating system! His knowledge far surpasses all by his ability to explain the functions of any of the BMW models in a way that is easy to understand. I asked a lot of questions and he was a very patient trainer. Trae upgraded his position and is now an outstanding salesman! My service guy is Taron. He is knowledgeable and professional. He keeps me updated on my vehicle and ensures excellent customer service! I would be remiss if I did not mention the receptionists at the entrance into the dealership. These ladies provide the pleasant comfort zone and atmosphere of the dealership and make you feel at home. BMW --please continue your efforts in ensuring that these ladies are appreciated! I waited over six months to write this review because I wanted to be certain that I was in love with my decision to purchase a BMW then, as I am now. I can say that I am truly in love with this beauty, inside and out! My BMW X6 is a complete sheer driving experience built in an extreme machine that has more than surpassed by expectations. I would have provided endless stars, but I was only provided up to five stars for the review! BMW DEFINITELY UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT!!!!
The service adviser was professional, courteous and helpful. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Service time was relatively short.
Honest, fair and easy to do business with. Every one we dealt with was great!
