Had an great experience last week. Went in just to finally test drive a 2019 Crosstrek and ended up buying it ! He made my trade-in a breeze and has been always available and helpful for the handful of follow up questions I had once I got home. Nick, "the IT guy" took an enormous amount of time on the phone to help me better understand and correctly operate the many new technical amenities the car came with that were new to me.
