2 hours ago This dealership IE Mitchell auto group , are greedy & arrogant . The owner called me demanding HIS timeframe to purchase a vehicle that was already marked up way too much, all vehicles are marked up above $15-40k above MSRP sticker and used car pricing at other dealers. Avoid this dealership go to any other dealer in CT, MA or NH ! Arron Gettinger is the GM and his arrogance was astounding especially for being in Hartford CT in a horrible city & location. They install protection packages , demand you pay for horrible Allstate anti-thief devices , and read the notes in the car listings they insist you finance with their financial institutions. Which isn’t legal. Go anywhere else but here! North haven location was much more pleasant & pleasurable to deal with.

I’ve known Dave Calvert at Landrover for over 20 years. He his one of the most honest, friendly and dedicated individuals I have met. Not only does he provide great auto service, but he really cares about his customer’s satisfaction by providing a job well done. Thanks Dave!

Extremely rude experience with Kyle Skiba, sales manager. He doesn't seem to appreciate customers and gets irritated when the conversation isn't exactly the way he imagines it should be. Has no interest in bettering his dealership and it shows.

We're giving a 5 star review for this dealership because we got the best experience! Salesperson Michael Malchevsky was extremely helpful. We ordered the car in March and even though we waited a couple of months, it was well worth it. Michael kept us in the loop the entire time and always kept us updated with new information. All staff were very professional and friendly. On the day of pickup, we were welcomed like family and everyone came to congratulate us on the new purchase. This was the first time in my car-buying experience that I really felt like a valued customer. They genuinely wanted to make sure we were satisfied. After a couple of weeks of driving the beautiful new car, we received a check in to see how we were enjoying the car. That meant a lot to me and my family.
