The dealership was very clean and welcoming. There was no pressure to buy and they spent extensive time with me and my children finding the best option within our budget.
This is the second car I've bought from Ken -- he's very helpful and friendly. He patiently guided me through all the bells and whistles that were new to me, and I really appreciated how he arranged for the service of my Prius while I picked up the new RAV4. Best of all, the service folks delivered my Prius to the Falmouth ferry parking lot! I'm super impressed with Ken and Falmouth Toyota.
Extremely happy with Ken Collings, the salesman. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the new features on the vehicle. I was disappointed that the dealership could not have the state inspection done in a timely fashion. We scheduled an appointment to pick up the car but after all the business was done they said it would take another hour to have the inspection done. And they included the price of the inspection in the sales contract!!!!
I have done business with Falmouth Toyota for years and just purchased my third new car. My sales representative Coby Signs was very helpful, patient and kind. In the past years I have been more than satisfied with the great service also. The staff always goes above and beyond to keep me coming back. I love my new car, and they all made it very easy for me, so I give them a great big THANKYOU!!!!
Falmouth Toyota is by far, the best dealership I have ever been to. Maeve, the salesperson, and the rest of the team, were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. They are not a high-pressure dealership. They don't need to be! It's a very comfortable atmosphere.
The manager and the mechanic couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Cudos to both of them!
