It’s not often that I hear praise about the service department of a car dealership. I assume that’s because many service departments provide less than satisfactory service. The service department at DCH Freehold Toyota is better than any other I have experienced. My Service Advisor Michael Nolan provided me with prompt updates, did not try to sell me unnecessary services and made what usually is a stressful situation completely stress free. They provided a loaner vehicle while they diagnosed my vehicle and the next day my beloved 2022 4Runner was fixed and again running as new! We are a “Toyota” family and will always go to DCH Freehold Toyota for our vehicle purchases and service - thanks!

We are a Toyota family and had purchased my daughter’s RAV4 at DCH Freehold Toyota a few years ago. My 2008 Sequoia was due for replacement so went back and found a great 2022 4Runner Limited. The experience was fantastic- we negotiated a more than fair trade in on my Sequoia and the sale price of my new to me 4Runner was lower than any dealership in the Tri-State area! We had a unique issue in that we wanted to pay cash but couldn’t get the cash from our HYSA that day. Their finance department suggested we finance the vehicle and pay it in full before any interest accrued - they quickly completed the finance process and thus we were able to get the 4Runner that day. Couldn’t be happier with my new ride and the whole sales experience was stellar - thanks DCH!

I visited the Freehold DCH Toyota dealership on 12/29 and purchased a RAV4 that day. It was such an easy process.
