I scheduled an appointment to come into DCH Freehold Toyota on Saturday to look at a Tacoma. I ended up getting out of work early, and went in on Friday. The staff were very helpful and accommodating to the unexpected schedule change. Ian was my salesman, and he provided exceptional service. He took his time to evaluate my needs, find what fit my budget, and delivered a phenomenal buying experience. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle stop in and speak to Ian, and the whole staff at DCH Toyota in Freehold.

I found the perfect car to meet my needs at DCH Freehold Toyota. I just took a chance last Friday and stopped at DCH Freehold Toyota to see about a preowned Toyota preferably a Camry. I walked in and met Ian-Michael Salon. I explained the kind of car I was interested in and surprisingly their inventory was impressive in preowned vehicles. There were two Camry’s I was interested in and I called my husband and we decided on one of the Camry’s. Ian Salon was very nice to work with and understanding about our budget and he worked with us to find the car that met our budget and needs. Ian Salon works to meet the customer needs and budget with no pressure just to sell a car. Ian even allowed me to drive the car to my mechanic to check the car before purchasing it! I love the car and DCH Freehold Toyota for their professionalism, and their desire to put the customer’s interest first. I will be going to DHC Toyota Freehold in the future to buy a second car for me and my husband. I will request Ian Salon for assistance in finding my next car. Also, the cashier financial gentleman who I gave the check to cover the cost of the car was also great to work with. I can’t get over what a wonderful experience I had at DCH Toyota Freehold. I have dealt with many car dealers in my life and never thought of submitting a review because they were either too pushy or not interested if I found a car or not. But at 70 years old I found the best car dealer and sales person at DCH Freehold. I highly recommend DCH Toyota Freehold to anyone looking for a car with no sales pressure from the staff.
