Well here we go again... did NOT want to go there for anything but I had to on 3-11-2024. My wheel lug lock disappeared and I had no other way to get them removed. So I called their parts dept. who told me they had them and the 4 lugs would be $40 (Ebay sells 24 of them OEM for under $25) but I agreed to bring it in. Having had terrible problems in the past with them calling me I gave them a number I can delete which I never used there before. After they finally got the lugs on (over an hour and charging $71.55) I was about to leave and thought maybe I should have a closer look at them. I don't know where these lugs came from but they were not OEM ones like the ones already on the vehicle, but rather than deal with them any more I left figuring I'd just get some on Ebay and replace them. Then on 3-14 around 9:20 my phone rang, there was nothing but a number on caller ID. (NOTE: This was my old number NOT the one I recently used) I answered and the person identified themselves (didn't get to write the name down) as someone with Pohanka Nissan. Before they got to say much I asked why they were calling. They didn't answer but kept talking so I asked again "why are you calling me?" and then the guy said something like "OK nevermind" and hung up. xxx kind of customer service is this? Tried several times to call the number back but every time got a message that voicemail was not set up. I finally spoke to a manager but have little faith they will do what they say. 1. I demanded in the past that they completely remove me from their database, which apparently they did not do. 2. Their "customer disservice" person who called would not say why they were calling and rudely hung up. 3. The replacement of lugs was not what it should have been (NOT OEM!!), took over an hour and cost me $71.55. I can't say enough negative things about this outfit, it makes me want to stay far away from anything Nissan. I have complained directly to Nissan before about this terrible dump. Had engine problems, they recommended me spending $3,400 on a remanufactured motor with 75,000 miles on it. Seemed cool til I noticed they put old burnt out plugs and wires and other old parts on a great engine? Now I'm spending another $1000 on parts and labor less than 6 months later.. I asked Pohanka Nissan to change out old spark plugs while they had the engine out and they didn't. Yet charged me soo much. Why put bad spark plugs into a new engine and expect the engine to perform accordingly...???
My aunt called me about wanting to trade her car. I referred her to Kevin Robles. He gave her the best deal for her situation. He was very helpful and friendly. She ended up with a 2020 Murano.

Cedric Armwood is beyond awesome at being a car salesman. In my experience he actually listened to what my concerns where and and told me exactly what I needed to hear instead of just setting me up for failure. I was so impressed with him and his honesty.
