Coming into the dealership, Roy was ready to help me. Understood well my needs and even gave solid recommendations to my issues that would benefit me the most.
The service department addressed the vibration of the CRV hood when driving at highway speeds. This issue was due to a poorly installed latch at the factory. The technician walked me through the process in aligning the latch to keep the hood snugly latched.
