What Others Say

I wanted to leave it at zero stars, but it wouldnt let me post this without filling one. I just purchased a used vehicle (2012 Chevy Cruz) from Crest Ford Flat Rock. I work very hard and had been saving every penny for the last 6 months, to be able to get a reliable car for my kids and to get myself safely back and forth to work. I thought maybe looking at dealerships would be the way to go. I went into Crest Ford, and was just looking at vehicles to get an idea, and Ken came out of the building and talked to me and said he needed my business and said he could help my dreams come true to get a nice reliable vehicle. He asked me for my number and I gave it to him, he called me a few days later and said I was approved for a chevy cruze. I went up there with my dad to test drive it and it seemed okay. He told me there was nothing wrong with it and it was a great vehicle. I trusted his word. I purchased the vehicle. I drove it for about a week and was noticing burning smells and wasn't running right, so I had My dad check the fluids to see if maybe it was low, to find out that there's tons of oil sludge in the coolant. That's a major issue with the engine. I contacted them in good faith, and maybe they could help me in some way, as I had just purchased the vehicle a week and a half ago, and was told the manager said it's as is and that's that. Not even wanting to come up with any solution to this situation. Buying a used vehicle, I understand that it's not new and there will be issues that need to be fixed, but not a whole engine. So now I have the vehicle parked and taking uber rides back and forth to work again, and every penny I had is gone. I'm very upset and don't know what to do at this point. If I would've known, I would've kept saving and went somewhere else. This isn't fair or right. So if you're looking for a vehicle, please take your hard earned money somewhere else.

From the sales person to the finance person to the receptionist, we had an all around good experience

Shawn made buying my new '24 Escape, easy, seamless and most importantly to me, very quick. Crest Ford is my go to place from oil changes to car lease/purchases.

Recently bought a used vehicle from Crest Ford. It was an extremely good experience. Ken in used vehicle sales was very helpful and knowledgeable. The entire process was professional & prompt.
