What Others Say

We didn't realize that we were going to be made the fool of for our April 1, 2025 purchase of a 2017 Ford Escape. Less than two weeks later the engine blew on us. Although Crest was nice enough to offer us a small amount of money, it was a small fraction of the cost of the new engine we needed to put in. Once we got the car back from our mechanic, new engine and all, the turbo went out. Got it back and then the compressor needed to be replaced. Now for the joke: the transmission is going! And Ford will not help us. So disappointed.

My salesman was the best and went above and beyond. Dealing with Finance was easy and they took time to explain things. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Crest Ford Flatrock.

Were greated at door and a salesman was available. He understood are questions and showed us what inventory was available. We decided on a vehicle and explained financing options. When we picked up vehicle he explained features on vehicle screen and phone APP.Only think he didn't explain the charging procedure. We signed a serries of financial documents with finance manager.Including a document that we owed noth more. The day we picked up vehicle we were told there was an additional $160 charge. We asked about the Federal EV Credit and were told we would have to apply for it on our own. Researching the program I learned that a dealer selling a qualifed EV vehicle coul deduct the credit from sales price. This would have reduced monthly payments and simplifed my 2025 IRS filing.

Repaired oil Sending unit after purchase. Above normal service. Would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Ken was the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. 5 stars my friend.funny, informative and great communication. Thank you so much Lauri Howard 2022 Escape

Brent Rose was patient, addressing all questions I had on the vehicle I was purchasing. He was clear on the pricing and Ford incentives. It was a good purchase experience.
