My car was towed in due to a flat tire. I was worried it would take more than a day because I had no appointment. They were very accommodating. My technician ARCHIE GIBBS was very helpful. He offered me a ride home and back when my car was ready. I declined and waited. He kept me updated on the status of my car and my wait time was under 2 hours. I was very pleased.

Friendly staff and efficient service. i wait while the car is being serviced and the waiting area is great with sockets for plugging devices in and if you didn't want to wait, they also provide a shuttle service. Been going there for the last 6 years since I bought my car and am very happy. Definitely recommend!

I called in with some technical questions regarding a 2009 Corolla that belonged to a friend of mine who had passed away. The car had not been started for 10 years. Definitely an unusual situation. Archie Gibbs took my call. We discussed various ideas for trouble shooting the car before it was started. Removing and replacing old fuel. Putting in dry gas. Checking the oil. Cranking the engine without starting it, to get some oil moving around before actually starting the engine. He took an interest in my questions, confirmed thoughts I had and offered additional ideas of his own. He was considerate, thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient. I followed our plan and the car did start. Now the car can be driven for service rather than towed. I believe he is a valuable asset to your organization. I really appreciate the help Archie offered. David Ragland is amazing. He is extremely professional and knowledgable. I feel very well cared for when he is on the case! He makes sure that I'm informed and updated, and have everything that I need. David and Jamie both always make me feel like I am a part of the family. :) David and Jamie are the reasons that I have been coming to Central City Toyota to service my 2011 since I moved to Philly in 2014. Can't image taking my oldie by goodie anywhere else!

I actually like taking my car for repairs! I love the friendly knowledgeable service. It's like leaving your child with the best care giver ever. I know my car will be well taken care of and that CC Toyota will contact me with any questions, or issues, or to share good news. I wish they handled other things in my life that need fixing, because I know they will get the job done in exactly the right way for me!!
