Excellent salesman was Shane Basilone who worked hard to make sure that I got the vehicle I was looking for. Not so much the F & I guy that asked me repeatedly to purchase an extended warranty which I declined repeatedly. After spending almost two hours with him I finally left with my paperwork which I did not examine until the next day. When I did I saw that he had included a $2,700 warranty on the finance contract anyway. I called Shane immediately and he asked me to come to the dealership. When I did he arranged for the contract to be voided and a new one without the extended warranty to be redrawn. Disappointing that I received no apology from the F & I guy or from management who I know was aware of the situation. It was left to Shane to clear up the mess and make amends which he did admirably. So I guess to sum up I saw the best and the worst at Airpark Chrysler Jeep Dodge.
