What Others Say

The best . Dealership in Kansas City. , always takes care of my car needs and very knowledgeable of what your needs are.

I appreciate all the good service from cable-Dahmer. Ian is a good service representative. I already submitted a 5 star review. I left my car there for 4 days before driving it home. I went to clean it out 5 days later and found I had left a purse in the car that I was looking for. It had 3 $25 Cracker Barrel gift cards in it which was missing. Can you please ask if anyone has it to put it somewhere anonymously. I’ve contacted the person who gave us the gift cards who is looking for the receipt to cancel them or find who may have used them. My name s Cynthia Prather

It was the best in a long time I will keep returning. I think they got a long-term customer. I was very pleased. Have a great day.

The employees were very polite and informative. The waiting room was very clean and inviting as well as the bathroom was clean and very well air-freshened.

Pick up and drop off service is great. After that it goes downhill. Lane manager wanted to sell me manifold bolts and ball joints. The vehicle was towed in for customer diagnosed fuel pump failure. Repaired. But they didnt replace the lines and say they test drove it. The vehicle smells like an open can of gas in a garage. I guess I should be happy no sparks ignited my 5000lb boom boom.

Bought a used truck from this dealer. We were told it went through their inspections. Within a week we noticed transmission issues. We took it to Dahmer in Topeka and found out that the transmission was shot. Called the dealership in KC and left messages which were never returned. Luckily we bought the extended warranty. After warranty company finally got their act together, a month later, we finally got the truck back. We then got the title in the mail and the dealership only put my husbands name on it. We now have to pay another $25 to have my name added. Worst experience we have ever had buying a vehicle.
