Service department manager Craig Kibbe is the best . Went to great lengths to get insurance to pay what was due me .
Laura Chrisikos, from customer service at Mitchell’s, was really helpful and knowledgeable. I found her very empathetic to my questions on repair of my “antique” Subaru from 2003. Mitchell’s provides very good service.
