What Others Say

This is the worst shadiest dealership I have ever been to. I was here last Tuesday and did a deal for a used car and got busy with work and told them I’ll be there Monday to pick it up. Only to be jerked around Monday 9am when I came there they told me the car was already sold. I spoke with them before closing Saturday and am here 1st thing Monday and they are closed Sunday. Very shady

I Lu.v my new Range Rover. Exceptional staff thx to richard manager & T. Very helpful

Thank you so much my brother Omar Emam for helping me out with my Velar 2025 👍🏾.very friendly and helpful.

It’s amazing that I’m here. True story… I share so others can be forewarned. Ronald Lazo. He’s been my go-to for three Range Rover leases. Our gig is the same. Navy/tan interior 15,000 miles. In August 2022 he calls to recommend I start the build and order process. I do. Drop a deposit. Fast forward. Extend my lease twice. Add in our wonderful government. For a car costing $109,000. Starting process at $1500 a month. Now ready for delivery at $2131. Okay. Husband views the car. He’s impressed. I’m ready to proceed. Today I get pictures of the actual vehicle. On my three children it is not NAVY. Ronald proceeds to text they stopped my color selection in 2024. Think I missed it. Multiple people view the exchange. That little detail not shared. Oh but he did send me a new link to the car in 2024. Hand to G-d all links show the car in NAVY. Again back to exchange. Stressing on the new costs etc… no mention of the change in color selection. There are a few fun texts about how these cars are going $10,000 to $20,000 over list to Russia. Dubai. So thrilled to hear this on my 4th Range Rover. And here’s the best part. Chase will not extend lease beyond March 1st. Can I write another review on how tough it is to get a luxury vehicle at this moment. Bottom line. Dishonest. No care for relationships. Greed maybe? Who knows but no thank you. Sorry is not a word that has meaning when “hooray” they finally have a vehicle they can sell to another country over list. 💫

Dealership baits you and wastes time with pricing. Advertises msrp then points out the fine print afterwards saying, “additional fees could be included” 35k “just because we want it fee” for a junk market adjustment. Total waste of consumers time. Just be upfront and say you want to charge more and advertise it at whatever price that may be. (Reason is bc dealers are embarrassed they are ripping people off and charging more than a vehicle is valued at). If your so ashamed don’t don’t do it in the first place.

I brought my car in for service and Jasmine Fernandez was sooo polite, knowledgeable and efficient in setting up my service and keeping me up on the status of my service by text. Jasmine really helped me understand the diagnostic and service processes, and helped manage my expectations.
