Purchase from Bryan was flawless. Camper was prepped and ready for delivery as promised. Our hitch system was moved over from previous camper to new one without any issues and in a timely fashion. When we ran into a problem during our first camping trip with the camper the service department, Rick and Steve, were on the issue and resolved it in a timely fashion. Robert Christ staff is helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Best camper purchasing experience ever!

I needed an oem part for my 5th wheel. Brittany Paul in the parts dept. found it for me and had it shipped to my address. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful with questions I had.

I caution anyone who buys from Robert Crist RV (Mesa AZ location) to be very, very cautious if they buy from this dealer. Indeed, they were very friendly during all the buying process, with promises to have the RV ready for inspection and pickup. On the day and time of scheduled pickup, they hadn't yet inspected it and we waited for three hours while they did it. On our orientation they showed us everything in the RV and how it all worked. We went to our first night in it and found the freezer-fridge didn't work. They came and worked on it the next day and left without fixing it. We brought in into the dealer the following day and had it in their shop for 8 hours, leaving that night with a "fixed" freezer-fridge that again didn't work. We've gotten nothing but run-around from the dealer and it's now five weeks to the day we've owned it. From Robert Crist RV's view, it's a warranty issue--from our point of view, we never did receive the RV, because it was defective when we received it. Don't expect much help from Robert Crist RV if you have a warranty issue.

Gave the service department 5 stars last year, if I could give them 6 stars this year I would. Gave them a long list to do this year, they ran down my list and not only took care of needed repairs, but told me what I didn't need. I am in the service related industry my self on heavy vehicles, these guy are great.

I moved to Mesa Arizona with high Hope's, however apartments are very expensive. So I had to think outside the box. I went Rober Crist and company. From the minute I walked in they made me feel welcome. Ryan and Collin worked really hard to get me in a rv. I now own a Shast RV and will be moving into my new home! There is no better place to go. Those guys are the best.
