Everyone was professional and helpful. It was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had.
Joe was most interested in us giving us his undivided care. After the sale he showed us how the car worked setting me up to have a hitch installed and introduced us to the service manager. Everyone from the front desk, Mike Henry and Traci were all professional and patient with me. They made the experience easy and stress-free. Everything was explained thoroughly. Also loved seeing dogs inside and receiving goodies for my pup. Unfortunately, this will be my last car, but the best was saved for last. Love my Crosstrek!
